A visual identity was developed for luxury apartments located in a restored Art Nouveau building in central Prague. The identity needed to support a premium residential offering while respecting the building’s historical character and architectural presence.

An ornamental detail from the façade was refined into a distinctive symbol, creating a connection rooted in the building’s heritage. The identity reflects the elegance and structure of the architecture, using balanced typography and a composed visual style that keeps the building as the main reference.

Applied across printed materials and communication touchpoints, the identity supports the residence’s positioning.
